Those tools report attributed revenue based on what an ad pixel saw. BrightBoard reconciles against your actual payment ledger and CRM, so the number on the dashboard matches the number in your bank. It also reads your real sales calls for closer performance, objections, and lead quality, which pixel trackers ignore entirely.
In your first 30 days, we find 3 fixes worth more than your fee, or you do not pay. Those fixes can be a closer to cut, an ad to scale, a show-rate leak to fix, or another dollar-backed decision you could not see before BrightBoard.
In 72 hours. We run the Blind-Spot Teardown on the data you already have, your payments, CRM, calendar, and recorded calls, and hand you dollar-backed findings in three days. Your full live picture follows by week three or four. We do all the setup.
A one-time diagnostic ($2,500) that runs on the data you already have, with no integrations to wire up. You get your top 3 real ICPs, your #1 deal-killing objection, a found-money reconciliation snapshot, and a closer and setter scorecard, delivered in 72 hours. If you move to the platform, the fee is credited in full toward setup.
Yes. Native integrations with GoHighLevel, Close, Calendly, OnceHub, Stripe, Hyros, Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok Ads, and Zapier for the long tail. If your stack is not listed, our team will scope a custom integration during onboarding.
Teams running real money. Specifically: high-ticket coaching and course operators doing $100K+/month, B2B sales teams closing on Zoom with 3+ closers, and agencies managing six- and seven-figure ad budgets for multiple clients. If you are pre-product-market-fit or doing under $50K/month in revenue, BrightBoard is overkill, come back when you have scale.
Every booked call is mapped to a closer at the moment it is assigned. We track booked rate, show rate, set-to-close, time-to-close, and revenue closed, per rep, per offer, per week. The numbers are reconciled against Stripe and the CRM, so a closer cannot 'edit' their own performance the way they can in a spreadsheet.
Multi-touch attribution credits every meaningful touchpoint in the buyer journey, not just the first or last click. BrightBoard supports the four standard attribution models in marketing: first-touch (credit to the channel that introduced the lead), last-touch (credit to the channel that closed the lead), linear (credit split evenly), and position-based (40% first, 40% last, 20% middle). Most high-ticket teams use position-based for budget decisions and last-touch for closer attribution. We show you all four side by side so the choice is informed, not assumed.
ROAS (return on ad spend) is reconciled revenue divided by ad spend over the same window. BrightBoard pulls revenue from your payment ledger (Stripe, processor) and ad spend from the source platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube). Because revenue is reconciled, the ROAS calculator on the dashboard matches what is actually in your bank, not what a pixel reported. You can break ROAS down by channel, campaign, creative, audience, or offer, on a 7-day, 30-day, or fully attributed (sales cycle adjusted) basis.
Hyros is built for direct response advertisers and reports revenue from the pixel. Triple Whale is built for Shopify ecommerce. Cometly is closer to BrightBoard's scope but is primarily a marketing attribution tool, not a sales floor system. BrightBoard reconciles attribution against your actual payment ledger and your CRM, and it includes the sales floor (closer performance, call tracking, setter quality) that ad tracking software ignores. If you have closers and ad spend in the same business, BrightBoard is built for that combination.
Call tracking software falls into two categories: number-based (dynamic numbers, recording, transcription) and metadata-based (call mapped to the booking, lead source, campaign, and closer). For high-ticket teams selling on Zoom, the second category is what actually matters. BrightBoard's call tracking ties every booked call back to the ad creative that paid for it, the closer assigned to it, the outcome on the call, and the revenue that landed (or did not). Call tracking metrics that match Stripe.
Pricing is based on your monthly revenue, billed monthly or annually, plus a one-time setup. If you start with the $2,500 Blind-Spot Teardown, that fee is credited in full toward setup. We walk you through exact pricing on the call, after you have seen the product run on your own numbers. No surprises.
Yes on both. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on US infrastructure with SOC 2 controls. You own your data. You can export the underlying tables at any time, and if you ever leave, we will hand off a clean export of every dashboard, attribution table, and closer report. No lock-in.
Tell us during the call. We have native integrations with the common stack (GoHighLevel, Close, Salesforce, HubSpot, Calendly, OnceHub, Stripe, Hyros, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams), and Zapier handles most of the long tail. For anything truly custom, our team will scope a direct integration during onboarding. We have not hit a stack we cannot work with.
