Elite Ecom's tracking was broken. We fixed it. Six months later they tripled monthly revenue from $100K to $326,994.

Before BrightBoard

Five tools, none of them talking. Elite Ecom was running on Hyros, GoHighLevel, Calendly, payment processors, and a manual Google Sheet. Every tool held part of the picture. None of them connected. The numbers in the sheet rarely matched Hyros, and Hyros rarely matched what the closers were reporting. Worse, closers were not filling out daily report forms reliably. The data going into the spreadsheet was already broken before anyone tried to make sense of it.

What changed

We rebuilt their tracking from the ground up. Hours back every week. Decisions made on numbers they could trust. Every Monday meeting became a conversation about what to do next instead of an argument about whose number was right.

Outcomes
  • $100K → $326,994 / month in 6 months (tripled)
  • Stopped making decisions on broken numbers
  • Hours back every week from manual reconciliation

What changed.

Elite Ecom came to us with five disconnected tools, closers who could not be relied on to fill out forms, and data that was always days late. We rebuilt their tracking from the ground up. They saved hours every week, stopped making decisions on broken numbers, and used that clarity to triple their business in six months.

The problem

A team running on bad data.

  • Five tools, none of them talkingElite Ecom was running on Hyros, GoHighLevel, Calendly, their payment processors, and a manual Google Sheet. Every tool held part of the picture. None of them connected. The numbers in the sheet rarely matched the numbers in Hyros, and the numbers in Hyros rarely matched what the closers were reporting.
  • Closers were not filling out forms reliablyTheir entire reporting system relied on closers filling out daily sales report forms. Some did. Some did not. Some did but got the numbers wrong. The data going into the spreadsheet was already broken before anyone tried to make sense of it.
  • The data was always days lateBy the time the team had a clear picture of what happened last week, it was already next week. Every Monday meeting was an argument about whose number was right instead of a conversation about what to do next.
  • No one owned the dataWith a team of 4 to 6 people including the founder and closers, no one had the time (or the job) to be the keeper of the numbers. Everyone touched the data. No one owned it. That is how data dies.
What we built

First 30 days.

  • One source of truthPulled GoHighLevel, Calendly, Hyros, the payment processors, and the manual sheets into one database. Every lead, booking, call, and sale now lives in one place. The closer forms are gone. The setter forms are gone. The data comes straight from the tools the team is already using.
  • Real-time, not days lateThe team stopped waiting until Monday to see what happened last week. Cash collected, revenue, close rate, and the live leaderboard all update as deals close.
  • A system worth managingThis is the piece that mattered most for Elite Ecom. Before BrightBoard, there was nothing for a sales manager to manage. The data was too broken to coach against. After BrightBoard, the team had numbers a manager could actually use to run people.
What the team did with it

BrightBoard built the foundation. The team made the moves.

  • Hired a sales managerThis is the unlock that ties everything together. The sales manager exists because BrightBoard gave them something to manage. Their entire job is to make sure the data stays accurate, that closers are coached against real numbers, and that the team is moving in the same direction. Before BrightBoard, this role would have been impossible to fill because there was nothing for them to own.
  • Built a better offerWith clear numbers on what was actually closing and at what rate, the team had the information to redesign their offer. They built something stronger that worked better for the right kind of customer.
  • Raised their pricesOnce the team could see their close rate and offer-to-close rate in real time, they had the confidence to push pricing. The average deal size today is $3,371 and the close rate is 63.4%. Those numbers did not come from BrightBoard. They came from the team being able to test pricing and instantly see what worked.
  • Got a real view of the whole teamThe founder went from guessing how the team was doing to knowing exactly. The leaderboard view changed how closers think about their work. Everyone can see where they rank. Everyone can see what is working. The team feels like a team instead of a group of people working in parallel.
Headline wins

Month 6 vs prior period.

  • Revenue: $326,994 (+21.7% vs prev)
  • Cash collected: $275,994 (+18.3% vs prev)
  • CCPC: $999.98 (+7.4% vs prev)
  • Close rate: 63.4% (+3.8 pts vs prev)
  • Offer rate: 95.4% (+1.1 pts vs prev)
  • Offer to close: 66.4% (+4.2 pts vs prev)
  • Booked calls: 276 (+12.4% vs prev)
  • Closed deals: 97 (+14.1% vs prev)
  • Average deal size: $3,371 (+5.9% vs prev)

Note the close rate. 63.4%. That is not a normal close rate for an info product business. That is what happens when a team can finally see what is working, who is performing, and what to fix. The data does not produce the close rate. The team does. The data lets the team produce it consistently.

Other impacts

Beyond the dashboard.

  • Real-time team managementThe sales manager no longer waits days for a snapshot of how the team is doing. They can see, in real time, who is winning, who is struggling, and where to focus their coaching.
  • End of the form-filling problemClosers stopped filling out daily sales report forms because they no longer need to. The data comes straight from the tools they are already using. The team got hours back every week and the founder got accurate data for the first time.
  • Confidence to keep scalingElite Ecom is not done. They have a clear view of which closers can take more leads, which calendars are doing more work, and where the next opportunity to grow is. Every move from here is backed by data they can trust.
Why this matters

An operational backbone, not a growth hack.

Most founders are looking for a growth tool. Elite Ecom needed something else. They needed an operational backbone that could keep up with a team that was about to triple. We built it for them, and they used it to grow without their data falling apart.

If you are a founder running a sales team and you can feel the ceiling getting closer, the question is not 'how do I get to the next revenue tier.' The question is 'will my data hold up when I get there.' For most teams, the honest answer is no. That is what BrightBoard fixes.
